Article 2 — Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations of TwentyTwo and its customers when purchasing made-to-order clothing through the online store.
They apply to sales made to consumers, subject to applicable legal provisions.
Article 3 — Products
The products offered are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase, subject to the stated production capacity.
Each product page provides the available essential characteristics, including sizes, materials and other information necessary to make an informed purchase.
Reasonable variations resulting from the manufacturing process may occur, but they do not justify a lack of conformity with the contract.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are displayed in euros.
The total order amount, shipping costs and any additional charges are shown before the customer confirms the purchase.
Article 5 — Orders
Customers select their products, sizes and quantities, then review the order summary.
They may correct any errors before confirming their purchase.
An order is accepted through the checkout process displayed on the website. An electronic order confirmation is subsequently sent to the customer.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.
Article 7 — Production and Delivery
Garments are made to order.
The indicative production and preparation time is 5 to 8 business days from payment confirmation.
Carrier delivery time is additional and depends on the shipping method selected.
Delivery is available in mainland France, subject to the options displayed at checkout.
If no delivery date or period has been agreed, delivery must take place no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If the seller fails to deliver within the applicable period, the customer benefits from the rights provided under French consumer law.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of their goods to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Requests may be sent to tchico2two@icloud.com.
The procedure for returns and refunds is described in the Return and Refund Policy.
The fact that a garment is made to order does not, by itself, exclude the right of withdrawal. An exception may apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, where the legal requirements are met.
Article 9 — Statutory Guarantees
Products sold to consumers benefit from applicable statutory guarantees, including:
-
The legal guarantee of conformity under the French Consumer Code.
-
The guarantee against hidden defects under the French Civil Code.
These guarantees apply subject to their respective legal conditions and time limits.
Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces mandatory consumer rights.
Article 10 — Liability
TwentyTwo is responsible for performing its contractual obligations in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that consumers cannot legally waive.
Article 11 — Intellectual Property
Creations, text, photographs, logos and other content belonging to TwentyTwo are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not grant the customer any right to reproduce or commercially exploit the website's content.
Article 12 — Personal Data
Personal data required to process orders is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
For questions or requests concerning personal data, customers may contact tchico2two@icloud.com.
Article 13 — Complaints and Consumer Mediation
For any complaint, customers may contact TwentyTwo at:
Email: tchico2two@icloud.com
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the competent consumer mediator identified in the Legal Notice, subject to the applicable conditions.
Article 14 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply.
The applicable rules on jurisdiction in consumer disputes remain fully effective.
Article 15 — Amendments
These Terms may be updated for future orders. The version applicable to an order is the version made available to the customer when the contract is concluded, subject to applicable law.
