We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Unauthorized access to our systems and the transmission of malicious content are prohibited.

4. Products and Information

TwentyTwo offers clothing made to order.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe each product, including its available sizes, materials, prices and other essential characteristics.

Reasonable variations arising from the manufacturing process may occur, but these do not excuse a lack of conformity with the contract.

5. Prices and Orders

Prices and any applicable additional charges are displayed before the customer confirms the order.

Customers must review the information entered before completing their purchase. An order confirmation is sent electronically.

6. Payment and Delivery

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

The indicative preparation time for orders is 5 to 8 business days. Shipping time is additional and depends on the delivery method selected.

The fact that clothing is made to order does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
